• We’re seeking skilled and hardworking Utility Service Representatives to help maintain, repair, and improve our water distribution system. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to become a vital part of the team that keeps the water flowing!

What You’ll Do:

• Install, replace, troubleshoot, and repair water meters and remote reading systems.
• Perform essential system maintenance, including excavation, hydrant/valve repair, and pipe fitting.
• Respond to routine and emergency service calls.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment in top shape.
• Work outdoors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NJ driver’s license with ability to obtain a Class B CDL within six months.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (assisted) and work in trenches.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions year-round.
• Availability for on-call and emergency overtime.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $35,847 – $53,770 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
